Every guy I know has at least one muscle group that isn’t as responsive to their normal workout routines as are the rest of their body parts. Maybe your arms or your shoulders or your chest aren’t growing as quickly as the rest of your body…

Guys it happens alright and it probably isn’t because you’re not working out hard enough and probably has a lot more to do with your not targeting and focusing enough on that particular body part. Probably the worst thing you can do is increase the work load of your workout routines for that body part.

I say that because most of the time guys are concerned about their a.) chest b.) arms or c.) shoulders not growing fast enough and these are all small muscle groups and when you increase their work load you are subjecting them to possible over training. You don’t want to do that because your muscles will begin to shrink instead of grow.

What you want to is begin your workouts with that muscle group.

All too often I see a guy who has biceps that he’s not happy with and of course he’s only hitting his biceps once a week and only after he does 12-18 sets for his back.

Does this sound familiar?

Working out your biceps after your back is quite normal in most bodybuilding workout routines but what you have to remember is that if your biceps start to lag behind your other muscle groups, you should probably move them to the beginning of your workout until they start to “catch up” with the rest of your body. You don’t want to be that guy that has a huge back a huge chest and then pencil thin arms do you?

Of course not and the best way to attack a lagging body part is by moving your lagging body parts to the beginning of your workout routines.

I got a friend who’s always telling me about all the wonderful benefits of drinking soy milk and about how much better it is for him then regular milk for his mens fitness.

Problem is this guys always been a little on the fruity side if you know what I mean… a little too feminine for my taste if you catch my drift and finally some news came out regarding soy protein that made perfect sense to me.

While soy milk is good for you it is also best to limit yourself to one to two servings of soy milk per day. The reason behind the one to two drink limit on soy protein are compounds called phytoestrogens. Phytoestrogens are found in varying levels in all soy foods and mimic normal estrogen and are basically drugs due to their molecular make-up.

I don’t know about you but maintaining my high levels of mens fitness is hard enough without extra amounts of estrogen finding their way into my body… no thanks. I’ll stick to whey protein during the day and after my workout routines and casein protein at night before bed for maximum mens fitness and maximum muscle.

No BS’ing around today let’s get right into what you can start doing today to start getting rid of your gut Mens Fitness And Health Style!

Drink more water. Particularly between your meals when you’re craving a snack. A lot of times it’s those between-meal snacks that sabotage our diets and rob us of our six packs.

Eat a good breakfast. Eating a good breakfast can boost your metabolism by as much as 10 percent the entire day.

Eat 4-6 well balanced meals throughout the day. Make sure your meals have equal sized portions of proteins, carbohydrates and fats and try to eat a small meal every 2-4 hours.

Ditch the soda and other high-sugar drinks. All those extra calories and ridiculous amounts of sugar will really look pretty when they’re wrapped around your mid-section at the beach this summer. Replace all of those drinks with water and you’ll start to lose weight today!

No carbs at least 3 hours before bed time. And if possible avoid eating any food 3 hours before you hit the sack. Most of the food you consume this close to bed time ends up as fat around your mid-section… think about that the next time you’re thinking about chugging another beer and eating some more pizza.

Do some cardio first thing in the morning. Nothing spikes your metabolism and melts the fat off your body like cardio first thing in the morning on an empty stomach.

Pump some iron. Research has shown that lifting weights and increasing your muscle mass dramatically increases your metabolism. All this means is that your body will burn more calories all day every day basically because muscles require more energy to maintain then does fat.
